These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of glenkirs_video_bot ("the Application", "we", "us"), a private desktop content workflow that integrates with TikTok for Developers APIs.
By installing, configuring, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
The Application runs on your own computer. It helps you prepare short-form videos and, after your explicit action, publish them to TikTok accounts you own and authorize via OAuth. The Application is intended for personal or internal use by the account owner, not as a multi-tenant public hosting service.
Your use of TikTok is subject to TikTok's own terms and policies. The Application uses TikTok for Developers (Content Posting API, Login Kit). You are responsible for content you publish and for complying with TikTok Community Guidelines and applicable law.
TikTok Client Key, Client Secret, and OAuth tokens are stored locally on your machine. You must not share them with unauthorized parties.
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, approval of your TikTok developer application, or successful publication on TikTok.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application or TikTok services.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
