Private desktop workflow for creating and publishing short-form videos to the creator's own TikTok account using the TikTok Content Posting API (Direct Post).

What this app does

Runs locally on the creator's computer (admin UI on 127.0.0.1).
Prepares vertical short clips from longer video sources.
Lets the creator review clips and publish them to their own TikTok profile.
Uses OAuth only for the account owner who authorized the app.
